6th and 7th grade scientists have done a wonderful job of wrapping up our weathering, erosion, and deposition discussion with interesting videos demonstrating and explaining the tools Earth uses to reshape itself.
We have just begun our Environmental Issues unit with a “draft pick” for topics. We will be covering everything from World Population Growth and Invasive Species to Living Off the Grid and Loss of Biodiversity. Guiding questions are being formulated by the scholars, including “How do you think the quarantine will effect your issue?” The research phase has begun which will include examples, demonstrations, videos, and sources. We can’t wait to be moved by these presentations!
